These terms govern your use of technology offerings provided by Canoviax at canoviax.com, located at 100 Queens Park, Toronto, ON M5S 2C6, Canada. By accessing or engaging with our offerings, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Service Agreement
Canoviax offers technology support, consulting, and customization services (collectively, "Services"). Prior to project start, you will receive a proposal outlining scope, schedule, and fees. All engagements require a signed agreement or written confirmation. Sessions may be rescheduled subject to availability; please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via Contact Us. If a session is missed without notice, the full fee remains due.
2. Information Product Policy
Canoviax provides digital learning materials and courses ("Info Products") delivered electronically upon purchase. Once access credentials are issued, content is deemed delivered. If technical issues prevent access, contact us within 7 days for troubleshooting or partial/full reimbursement at our discretion. Unauthorized sharing or duplication is strictly prohibited.
3. Goods Policy
For physical products purchased through our platform, shipping details and handling instructions will be provided at checkout. If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 5 days of receipt for evaluation. Approved claims will be eligible for either a replacement item or reimbursement of the purchase price. Shipping costs for approved replacements are covered by Canoviax.
4. Refund and Reimbursement Policy
Our approach to reimbursement varies by purchase type:
- Services: Fees may be credited toward future sessions if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Late cancellations incur full invoicing. No reimbursement is provided after work completion.
- Info Products: If access is blocked by technical errors on our end, we will reimburse the purchase price upon verification. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Physical Goods: Confirmed defective items qualify for replacement or reimbursement of the purchase price. Approved shipping charges for replacements are borne by Canoviax.
To request reimbursement, contact us at +14166978662 or via Contact Us. Funds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. If you prefer to defer your session rather than seek reimbursement, notify us at least 48 hours prior to the original appointment.
5. Exclusions
Bespoke projects or special offers explicitly marked as non-reimbursable at the time of purchase are not eligible for any reimbursement, due to resource allocation in advance. Such conditions will be clearly noted in your proposal or order confirmation.
